Orders & Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Goods are posted 1st class recorded delivery. You can place your order instantly by calling us during opening hours on 0131 220 4495 or alternatively place an order or product enquiry by clicking on My Basket.
Our opening hours are 9.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday.

Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt of your goods when ordering from overseas.
Should you require a Special Delivery next day service please call us on 0131 220 4495 between 9:30am and 6:00pm to arrange this. Orders need to be placed before 12 noon to ensure enough time for processing. There is no Special Delivery service available on Saturday.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchased through a web-sale it can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 2 weeks. Returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them back so we recommend that you use a recorded postal service. Please note that postage is non-refundable and we do not provide return postage, however if you require an exchange this will be posted to you free of charge.
Sale Items
Items bought in our sale are non returnable or exchangeable. This is due to our need to clear out all old stock to make enough room for new stock arriving. This does not effect your statutory rights.
